Most two-piece commissions take around six to eight weeks from approved measurements and deposit.
There is no try-on during production. You try the garment when it arrives at your address — we deliver worldwide, and if it needs adjustment, the 3-month free alteration window covers you.
AFTER RECEIPT
Need an alteration?
If you report a problem within three months of receiving the garment, we arrange a meeting to assess it. We take the garment for alteration and handle shipping.

Yes. Your preferred time is reserved while we confirm the fitting route and venue. We will contact you with the confirmed details.
How long does it take?
Most two-piece commissions take around six to eight weeks from approved measurements and deposit. Your written quotation confirms the schedule for your cloth and destination.
How do I pay?
Full payment by credit card or Apple Pay after the price, garment and delivery are confirmed in writing.
What if it needs an alteration?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order reference and photos. We assess the garment and confirm the route, timing and any charge in writing under your order terms.
