What we collect
When you request a fitting, we collect the details you choose to provide: name, email, phone, city, occasion and message. When you submit a shop order request, we also collect the delivery address you enter so we can prepare and confirm delivery in your written quote. For a team proposal, we also collect your company name, team size and, if you provide it, your role. We use these details to reply, prepare a proposal and coordinate appointments, delivery or tailoring services. We do not sell this information.
How we use your details
Operational records are stored in our private business database. We keep them only as long as needed for customer service, accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing sales@bonturberg.com.
Location and campaign records
When you submit an enquiry, we also record the approximate location of the connection (country and, where available, city) so the team can schedule the right fitting window and language. We may also retain campaign tags and the page where the enquiry began so we can understand which route brought the request. We do not store your IP address with the enquiry.
Photo measurement estimates
For an AI photo estimate, your image is sent over HTTPS to Vercel AI Gateway and its configured model provider; their processing policies may apply. With your separate consent, Bonturberg stores approximate measurements, confidence, any scale details you provide (such as height, weight or a reference marker), and de-identified pose, shape and quality signals for future evaluation. The original image and contact details are not stored with this estimate record. These are AI estimates, not tailor-verified measurements or ground truth. A future model evaluation uses actual tape measurements only when separately approved and recorded. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact sales@bonturberg.com.
Optional analytics
Optional analytics are loaded only after you choose to allow them in the consent banner. We do not use advertising cookies.
