Clear terms for a private fitting and a garment made for you.
Consultations and quotations
A consultation is a conversation and measurement appointment, not a confirmed order. We send a written quotation stating the cloth, construction, price, taxes, delivery estimate, deposit and balance. A commission starts only when you accept that quotation and the required deposit has cleared.
Your pattern and measurements
We retain the personal pattern and Fit Passport notes needed for future commissions. You may ask us to correct or delete personal data as described in our Privacy statement. A pattern is a craft record; it does not guarantee that a later garment will fit without a new review when your body or preferences change.
Changes and approvals
Details are approved before production. Changes requested after cutting may change the price or delivery date. We will tell you in writing before carrying out chargeable work.
Our responsibility
We inspect each garment before delivery and provide a reasonable correction route when the finished garment does not match the approved brief. Exact remedies and timeframes appear in your written order confirmation.
