A clear route from approved pattern to your door.
Lead time
Most two-piece commissions take around six to eight weeks from approved measurements and deposit. Wedding and wardrobe programmes are scheduled backwards from the date you give us. Your written quotation is the binding delivery estimate for your cloth and destination.
Where we deliver
We deliver to the address confirmed in your order across our European city programme and internationally by arrangement. Duties, import taxes and courier charges are shown in the written quotation before production.
Tracking and handover
We share tracking when the parcel leaves the Bangkok atelier. Please inspect the garment promptly and contact us within seven days if anything is damaged in transit or differs from the approved brief.
Follow-up fitting
If the garment needs attention, we arrange a follow-up in the next city window or agree a local alteration route. The appropriate correction and any applicable cost are confirmed in writing.
