Short answer
A Made-to-Measure suit may be worthwhile if its pattern and fitting process address a need that matters to you and the written price suits your budget. Compare it with ready-to-wear, including alterations, delivery and aftercare. No category guarantees a better fit or longer life.
How can I estimate cost per wear?+
Divide the purchase price by the number of times you realistically expect to wear the garment. Treat wear count and garment life as your assumptions, and include expected cleaning, alteration and repair costs if you want a fuller comparison.
