REAL QUESTIONS · FAQ

What does "bespoke tailor" mean?.

Short answer

“Bespoke” is used for tailoring made for an individual customer, but definitions and processes can vary by market and provider. Ask whether the maker adjusts an existing block or drafts a pattern for you, which fittings are included, and what the final service covers.

How is that different from made-to-measure?+

Many providers use made-to-measure for a process that adjusts an existing pattern, but the label is not a complete specification. Ask each provider how it builds and checks the pattern and how many fitting stages are included.
