HOW IT WORKS · FAQ

What if my suit needs alterations?.

Short answer

Tell us what needs attention and we will arrange the appropriate adjustment. Minor alterations can be handled by a local tailor of your choice at your cost; more significant work comes back to the house, with terms confirmed in writing with your order.

Do you charge for alterations?+

The arrangements, timelines and any applicable costs are set out in your written order confirmation — nothing is decided after the fact.

Can a local tailor adjust the garment?+

Yes. We cut allowances into the garment where sensible and can provide guidance your local tailor can work from.

How do alterations work for returning clients?+

Returning clients rarely need them — the Fit Passport already carries posture and preference notes, so the second garment starts where the first succeeded.
