HOW IT WORKS · FAQ

How long does a Made-to-Measure suit take?.

Short answer

Most two-piece commissions take around six to eight weeks from approved measurements and deposit. Your written quotation confirms the schedule for your cloth, destination and any follow-up fitting before you place the order.

Can you deliver before a fixed date?+

Include the event date, destination and garment in your enquiry. We check the production and delivery schedule for your order and confirm it in writing before you commit.

Why allow six to eight weeks?+

The house’s shipping policy allows around six to eight weeks for most two-piece commissions after approved measurements and deposit. Cloth availability, production, finishing, quality checks and delivery all affect the schedule, so your written quotation gives the date for your order.

What if I need a follow-up fitting?+

If the delivered garment needs attention, we arrange a follow-up in the next city window or agree a local alteration route. The correction and any applicable cost are confirmed in writing.
