When is the balance due?+
The schedule is agreed in your order confirmation — always before delivery, never as a surprise.
Is the deposit refundable?+
Deposit terms are stated in writing with your order. Cloth reserved for a commission is ordered to your measurements, which is why a deposit confirms the slot.
