Start with your ordinary day. Explain how much time you spend outdoors, in transport and in air-conditioned rooms, and whether the jacket needs to work separately. Bring a shirt and shoes so you can discuss the complete outfit. Compare physical cloth references and ask about composition, lining, structure and care. A fabric name alone does not settle how the finished garment will feel.
If you are building a first working wardrobe, list the occasions the suit must cover. A navy or charcoal direction can be considered alongside the shirts you already own. Decide what each additional garment is for before adding it to an order. Pocket use, seated comfort and your preferred trouser shape belong in the conversation too.

Share the event date, your role and the invitation’s exact dress code. A groom’s reusable suit, coordinated wedding-party garments and a dinner jacket are different briefs. Describe whether you want to wear the pieces again after the event. If several people are ordering, provide a garment list for each person and ask how many measurement appointments are needed.
Work backwards from the occasion with the team. The appointment date does not itself confirm a delivery deadline. Production, delivery destination and any follow-up fitting need to be discussed before you accept the written quotation. Bring reference pictures with notes about the features you want, while leaving room for a physical assessment of proportion and posture.
Prepare a wedding-suit briefMeasurements, manufacture and follow-up
Your fitting starts a specification for a made-to-measure commission. The tailor records the measurements, fit preferences and cloth reference relevant to that order. If you are returning with an older Bonturberg garment, identify it and explain what has changed in your body, posture or preferences. Do not assume that every earlier measurement should carry over unchanged.
Production takes place in Bangkok. Ask for the written delivery plan and the process for raising any fit concern after delivery. The agreed quote should identify the garment list, cloth, currency, payment schedule, destination charges and adjustment terms. A guide-price card or a fitting request is not an accepted order. Keep the final specification and any agreed changes together for a later reorder.
