Short answer
Price alone does not identify a suit’s construction, cloth, fit process or expected lifespan. A €500 and a €5,000 offer may differ in all of those, but the difference must be checked in the garment specification and written terms. Compare what is included before deciding which one suits your use.
What the lower quote should specify
Ask for the cloth composition and weight, jacket construction, pattern or fit method, included alterations, taxes, delivery and return or remake terms. Do not infer these from the price or the label.
What the higher quote should specify
Ask for the same details, plus the number and purpose of fittings, who makes the garment, what can be adjusted later and the delivery schedule. A higher price only makes sense against the specific scope and workmanship offered.
The comparison most listings leave unclear
Two advertised prices are only comparable when they specify the same garment, cloth, pattern process, fittings, taxes, delivery and adjustment terms. Ask each maker to confirm those points in writing; a low “from” price by itself does not show the total value.
