FITTING ROUTE
Start with the appointment route
The proposed 2027 programme includes Vienna. The listed windows are planning information; exact dates, venue and appointment availability are confirmed individually in writing.
Use the example closest to your plans, then tell the tailor what differs for you.
01
Formal eveningwear or a versatile suit
If you are ordering for a formal evening, bring the organiser’s exact dress-code wording. Decide whether the garment is specifically for that format or should also work at dinners and weddings. Lapels, shirt details and trouser finishing can make the difference; a dark colour by itself does not establish that a suit meets the requested code.
02
A jacket that works under your outer layer
For a work garment worn beneath a coat, test the outfit as a whole. Compare shoulder shape and sleeve room while wearing the shirt or knit layer you expect to use. If you mainly need a jacket for meetings, consider whether a separate trouser gives more flexibility than a full matching suit.
CLOTH & CONSTRUCTION
Compare the actual reference
The proposed Vienna windows do not establish when you will wear the finished garment. Share the event month and indoor or outdoor setting. Compare smooth and textured cloth against the desired formality, then ask the tailor to confirm the fibre, weight and care of the chosen physical swatch.
Photographed swatches are cloth references. The physical sample confirms colour, composition and availability before production.
Include Vienna or the city you want reviewed, your preferred appointment period and any travel constraints. For a dress-code commission, attach or bring the invitation wording and the shoe reference. Say whether the garment must coordinate with something already in your wardrobe rather than be a completely new outfit.
Ask for an itemised EUR offer with the garment specification and all agreed destination charges. Confirm appointment arrangements separately from production and delivery. If you need an adjustment after receipt, the order should explain the route, timing and applicable cost; an Austrian city page does not establish a permanent local workroom.
These are separate resources. Tell the team your preferred response language when you enquire.
QUESTIONS
Before you make plans
Is a local Bonturberg fitting in Austria confirmed?
The proposed 2027 programme includes Vienna. The listed windows are planning information; exact dates, venue and appointment availability are confirmed individually in writing.
Can I arrange the same service in Salzburg or Graz?
Vienna is the Austrian city listed in the proposed programme. For another city, send a separate enquiry or register your interest through Priority Pass. The house reviews the request and confirms any available route individually.
Where will my garment be made?
Production takes place at the Bangkok atelier in Thailand. The fitting location, garment specification, measurement checks, delivery destination and schedule are confirmed for your order.
What should I confirm before paying?
Ask for the garment and cloth, agreed currency and total, destination fees, payment schedule, delivery plan and any fitting or adjustment terms. A guide price or enquiry is not an accepted order.
YOUR NEXT STEP
Share your city, occasion and deadline
Send the brief so the house can review the route and garment with you. An enquiry takes no payment; wait for the individual confirmation before making plans.
