FITTING ROUTE
Start with the appointment route
The proposed 2027 programme includes Brussels. The listed windows are planning information; exact dates, venue and appointment availability are confirmed individually in writing.
Use the example closest to your plans, then tell the tailor what differs for you.
01
A working wardrobe with two levels of formality
If your week includes formal meetings and less formal office days, compare a matching suit with a separate jacket. Choose the shape and cloth with the shirts and trousers you already wear. Decide which outfit you need most often; extra pieces should have a clear use rather than repeat the same role.
02
Two wearers, one wedding colour direction
For coordinated wedding outfits, agree the colour direction and level of formality before choosing each silhouette. A men’s suit and a women’s trouser suit can share a reference without sharing cut or fit. Bring each wearer’s shoes and movement preferences, and compare the swatch rather than relying on matching product photographs.
CLOTH & CONSTRUCTION
Compare the actual reference
Ask to see the cloth alongside the intended shirt or blouse in both daylight and indoor light. Compare a smooth finish with texture according to the event and later use. Fibre composition, cloth weight and colour need confirmation from the physical sample; a translation of a fabric name is not a specification.
Photographed swatches are cloth references. The physical sample confirms colour, composition and availability before production.
Brussels has a proposed city page. Say whether Brussels is convenient or whether you need Antwerp or another city reviewed. State your preferred response language and whether you can share references in English if needed. Existing French navigation is available; the enquiry establishes how the team can handle the actual conversation.
Keep the garment specification and accepted EUR offer together. Ask for any delivery charges and follow-up arrangement to be stated for the address you provide. If you prefer the quote or fitting discussion in a particular language, confirm that directly rather than assuming a national language choice applies to every appointment.
These are separate resources. Tell the team your preferred response language when you enquire.
QUESTIONS
Before you make plans
Is a local Bonturberg fitting in Belgium confirmed?
The proposed 2027 programme includes Brussels. The listed windows are planning information; exact dates, venue and appointment availability are confirmed individually in writing.
Does the French hub mean every Belgian fitting is in French?
No. The French pages are a navigation option. Tell the team your preferred response language, city and appointment needs; the house confirms the available communication and fitting arrangements individually.
Where will my garment be made?
Production takes place at the Bangkok atelier in Thailand. The fitting location, garment specification, measurement checks, delivery destination and schedule are confirmed for your order.
What should I confirm before paying?
Ask for the garment and cloth, agreed currency and total, destination fees, payment schedule, delivery plan and any fitting or adjustment terms. A guide price or enquiry is not an accepted order.
YOUR NEXT STEP
Share your city, occasion and deadline
Send the brief so the house can review the route and garment with you. An enquiry takes no payment; wait for the individual confirmation before making plans.
