FITTING ROUTE
Start with the appointment route
The proposed 2027 programme includes Munich, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf. The listed windows are planning information; exact dates, venue and appointment availability are confirmed individually in writing.
Use the example closest to your plans, then tell the tailor what differs for you.
01
A suit that works for repeated meetings
If your week includes meetings and travel, start by describing how often you expect to wear the suit. Compare a plain two-button design with a textured separate jacket rather than ordering both for the same job. Bring an existing jacket to show the sleeve length, shoulder shape and pocket placement you prefer.
02
A wedding outfit with a second life
For a wedding commission, decide whether the suit must later work in your regular wardrobe. Ask how cloth, lapel shape and waistcoat choices change that flexibility. Bring the invitation’s dress code and your partner’s colour reference, then check the shade against a physical swatch instead of matching two screens.
CLOTH & CONSTRUCTION
Compare the actual reference
A cloth description such as high twist is a starting question, not a performance guarantee. Ask about the exact fibre, weave, weight and care instructions on the offered swatch. If you carry a jacket between appointments, discuss lining and construction as well as fabric; crease recovery depends on the actual cloth and treatment.
Photographed swatches are cloth references. The physical sample confirms colour, composition and availability before production.
Separate the city where you can meet from the address where the garment will be delivered. Munich, Frankfurt and Düsseldorf have proposed route pages; a Berlin or Hamburg enquiry does not reserve a stop there. Include your preferred fitting dates, delivery deadline and any existing garment you want the tailor to assess.
Ask for the price of the chosen construction and finishing, not only a collection starting figure. The EUR quotation should identify included garments, cloth reference, destination charges, payment schedule and the practical route for any adjustment. Confirm these points before making travel arrangements.
These are separate resources. Tell the team your preferred response language when you enquire.
QUESTIONS
Before you make plans
Is a local Bonturberg fitting in Germany confirmed?
The proposed 2027 programme includes Munich, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf. The listed windows are planning information; exact dates, venue and appointment availability are confirmed individually in writing.
Does Maßanzug mean the same process for every provider?
No. Ask whether the pattern begins from an adjusted base or is drafted separately, which measurements and posture observations are taken, and whether further fittings are included. Bonturberg’s written order confirms its made-to-measure process.
Where will my garment be made?
Production takes place at the Bangkok atelier in Thailand. The fitting location, garment specification, measurement checks, delivery destination and schedule are confirmed for your order.
What should I confirm before paying?
Ask for the garment and cloth, agreed currency and total, destination fees, payment schedule, delivery plan and any fitting or adjustment terms. A guide price or enquiry is not an accepted order.
YOUR NEXT STEP
Share your city, occasion and deadline
Send the brief so the house can review the route and garment with you. An enquiry takes no payment; wait for the individual confirmation before making plans.
