FITTING ROUTE
Start with the appointment route
The proposed 2027 programme includes Amsterdam. The listed windows are planning information; exact dates, venue and appointment availability are confirmed individually in writing.
Use the example closest to your plans, then tell the tailor what differs for you.
01
A suit for an active commute
If you cycle or walk before changing into office clothing, tell the tailor how the garment will actually be used. A suit worn during the journey has different comfort requirements from one kept at the office. Check reach through the shoulders, trouser rise and room at the thigh with your usual shoes; close-fitting does not need to mean restrictive.
02
A wedding suit you can wear separately
For a wedding outfit that you hope to reuse, compare a matching suit with a jacket-and-trouser combination. Decide whether the jacket should work with your existing shirts after the event. If the ceremony and reception have different dress codes, describe both before settling on lapels, shirt collar and accessories.
CLOTH & CONSTRUCTION
Compare the actual reference
For repeated wear, compare cloth texture under daylight and indoor lighting. A smooth dark cloth may read more formal than an open weave or visible texture, but the exact swatch matters. Ask how the cloth behaves when seated and what care it requires; avoid treating an image labelled linen or wool as a verified composition.
Photographed swatches are cloth references. The physical sample confirms colour, composition and availability before production.
Include Amsterdam or your requested city, whether you need one garment or coordinated pieces, and how often you expect to wear them. If you have limited fitting availability, say so at the enquiry stage. The Amsterdam proposal is a planning route; Rotterdam, The Hague or another city needs individual review.
Request one itemised EUR total covering the selected outfit and delivery address. Ask which payment options are available for the actual order and what happens if the fit needs attention after delivery. A familiar local payment name should be confirmed through the quotation and checkout rather than assumed.
Is a local Bonturberg fitting in Netherlands confirmed?
The proposed 2027 programme includes Amsterdam. The listed windows are planning information; exact dates, venue and appointment availability are confirmed individually in writing.
Should I order one matching suit or separate pieces?
Choose according to the dress code and what you already own. A matching suit gives a coordinated formal outfit; separates can provide more combinations. Bring your intended shirt and shoes so the tailor can compare both routes with you.
Where will my garment be made?
Production takes place at the Bangkok atelier in Thailand. The fitting location, garment specification, measurement checks, delivery destination and schedule are confirmed for your order.
What should I confirm before paying?
Ask for the garment and cloth, agreed currency and total, destination fees, payment schedule, delivery plan and any fitting or adjustment terms. A guide price or enquiry is not an accepted order.
YOUR NEXT STEP
Share your city, occasion and deadline
Send the brief so the house can review the route and garment with you. An enquiry takes no payment; wait for the individual confirmation before making plans.
