FITTING ROUTE
Start with the appointment route
The proposed 2027 programme includes Oslo. The listed windows are planning information; exact dates, venue and appointment availability are confirmed individually in writing.
Use the example closest to your plans, then tell the tailor what differs for you.
01
A confirmation outfit that still feels like you
For a confirmation, bring the event date, shoes and the shirt you intend to wear. Compare a two-piece suit with separates that can be worn afterwards. Discuss the fit you want now and how any change in measurements before delivery will be handled; a first measurement cannot guarantee a future fit.
02
A working week with a formal evening
If you want one suit for office days and celebrations, start with the dress codes rather than a fashionable fabric name. Compare navy and charcoal against your existing shirts. Try sitting, reaching and wearing your usual outer layer during the fitting, and decide whether you also need a separate pair of trousers.
CLOTH & CONSTRUCTION
Compare the actual reference
If your outfit will move between heated rooms and outdoor travel, discuss layering and lining before choosing a heavier cloth. Compare the actual hand and drape of a general-purpose wool direction with lighter alternatives. A screen image cannot establish warmth, fibre content or weather resistance; ask the tailor to check the physical reference.
Photographed swatches are cloth references. The physical sample confirms colour, composition and availability before production.
Write down your city, the occasion date and whether you can attend an in-person fitting. For a younger wearer, mention any recent size change. If you are returning from the Mike Tailor practice, bring the garment or order information you want the tailor to review instead of assuming every previous measurement remains current.
Norwegian campaign packages and euro collection guide prices can cover different items. Ask which offer applies, whether a shirt is included, and which NOK amount covers your chosen garment, destination delivery and any adjustment. Keep the package description with the accepted quotation.
These are separate resources. Tell the team your preferred response language when you enquire.
QUESTIONS
Before you make plans
Is a local Bonturberg fitting in Norway confirmed?
The proposed 2027 programme includes Oslo. The listed windows are planning information; exact dates, venue and appointment availability are confirmed individually in writing.
Should I choose a campaign package or a separate commission?
Compare the actual included garments and cloth choices with your needs. A campaign figure is not automatically the price of every suit on the website; ask for the applicable package and full written NOK quotation.
Where will my garment be made?
Production takes place at the Bangkok atelier in Thailand. The fitting location, garment specification, measurement checks, delivery destination and schedule are confirmed for your order.
What should I confirm before paying?
Ask for the garment and cloth, agreed currency and total, destination fees, payment schedule, delivery plan and any fitting or adjustment terms. A guide price or enquiry is not an accepted order.
YOUR NEXT STEP
Share your city, occasion and deadline
Send the brief so the house can review the route and garment with you. An enquiry takes no payment; wait for the individual confirmation before making plans.
