Ask about cloth care and construction rather than treating a travel label as a promise that the garment never creases.
For a coordinated wedding party, decide which elements should match: colour, cloth, shirt or accessories. Record each wearer’s city and fitting availability; one group brief cannot replace separate measurements. If some people need a different silhouette or are travelling separately, discuss that before choosing a single shared garment specification.
CLOTH & CONSTRUCTION
Compare the cloth for your actual office and event setting rather than a national climate assumption. The same outfit may move between outdoor heat, cooler interiors and travel. Discuss lining, jacket structure and trouser comfort together, and ask the tailor to confirm fibre content and care on the offered swatch.

Include your calendar constraints and whether an existing garment can demonstrate fit priorities. For other cities, request individual review rather than assuming a local stop.
What to prepare for the first fittingWRITTEN QUOTATION
Ask for a USD quotation showing the selected garments, cloth, shipment route and charges that apply to your destination. Delivery and any import handling need to be confirmed for the actual order. If a correction would be required after receipt, ask how it would be assessed and arranged before you accept the quote.
