FITTING ROUTE
Start with the appointment route
The proposed 2027 programme includes Copenhagen. The listed windows are planning information; exact dates, venue and appointment availability are confirmed individually in writing.
Use the example closest to your plans, then tell the tailor what differs for you.
01
A daytime ceremony and evening reception
When an event changes from daylight to evening, ask whether one suit can serve both settings with a shirt or accessory change. Use the invitation’s wording as the starting point. A dark suit and formal eveningwear are different briefs; compare the garment details before assuming that colour alone makes an outfit suitable.
02
A jacket for more than the full suit
If you would mainly wear the jacket separately, show the tailor your usual trousers and knitwear. Compare shoulder structure, jacket length and cloth texture with those existing pieces. A very formal smooth suit jacket may not produce the relaxed outfit you have in mind, even when its fit is correct.
CLOTH & CONSTRUCTION
Compare the actual reference
A Copenhagen fitting proposal in December is not an instruction to order winter cloth. Tell the tailor when and where you will wear the finished garment. Compare heavier texture for cooler use with lighter cloth for indoor events, and ask which lining and care options are appropriate for the actual swatch.
Photographed swatches are cloth references. The physical sample confirms colour, composition and availability before production.
Bring the invitation or dress-code wording, your shoes and a photograph of the outfit you want to build around. Say whether Copenhagen is convenient or whether you are requesting another city. Include your delivery deadline so the appointment route and production plan can be discussed together.
Use the DKK guide figures for comparison only. Confirm whether the written price is for a suit, jacket, shirt or a coordinated package, with destination fees and any follow-up stated explicitly. Ask about accepted payment methods in the actual order; this page does not establish a local wallet facility.
Is a local Bonturberg fitting in Denmark confirmed?
The proposed 2027 programme includes Copenhagen. The listed windows are planning information; exact dates, venue and appointment availability are confirmed individually in writing.
Do I need a dark suit or eveningwear?
Start with the invitation’s dress code and ask the host if it is unclear. Black tie usually calls for different jacket, trouser and shirt details from an ordinary dark suit. Share the wording with the tailor before choosing cloth.
Where will my garment be made?
Production takes place at the Bangkok atelier in Thailand. The fitting location, garment specification, measurement checks, delivery destination and schedule are confirmed for your order.
What should I confirm before paying?
Ask for the garment and cloth, agreed currency and total, destination fees, payment schedule, delivery plan and any fitting or adjustment terms. A guide price or enquiry is not an accepted order.
YOUR NEXT STEP
Share your city, occasion and deadline
Send the brief so the house can review the route and garment with you. An enquiry takes no payment; wait for the individual confirmation before making plans.
